Andre is a successful serial entrepreneur. He is the founder of the Good Governance Group, an international security and risk consultancy which he has grown organically and through acquisition. Andre is a barrister by background and is an Advocate of the High Court of South Africa.
Nazo was a member of the founding team of Carlyle European Technology Partners and led a number of transactions in the technology and internet sectors. Prior to this, Nazo worked at JH Partners, a San Francisco-based growth fund, and was Director of Marketing and Business Development at Thermo Fisher, a publicly-listed company. In addition to providing leadership at C5, Nazo serves on the board of the Arts Council England and the Charity Commission, the regulatory body to the voluntary sector of England and Wales.
Nazo has a Bachelors Degree in International Economics from UCLA and an MBA from Columbia University.
Mike served as 17th Chairman of the US Joint Chiefs of Staff from 2007 to 2011. He was principal military advisor to President George W. Bush and President Barack Obama. He was 28th Chief of Naval Operations from 2005 to 2007.
Admiral Mullen has a Master of Science in Operations Research from the Naval Postgraduate School and completed the Advanced Management Programme at Harvard Business School.
Mike currently serves on the boards of General Motors, InQTel and Sprint.
Graeme has had a long and distinguished military career with both the Regular and UK Special Forces, of which he was Director from 2001 to 2003. Graeme is a non-executive director of AEGIS, a leading private security company. He has been formally recognised by Her Majesty’s Government seven times for his service to the nation.
Jacques has worked with leading international groups such as Matra, Aerospatiale and EADS. He is a member of the Scientific Advisory Committee to the French Minister of Defence.
Jacques holds a degree in Aerospace Engineering and is a graduate of the Stanford Business School and the Institute of High National Defence Studies (IHEDN). He has been awarded both the Ordre National du Mérite and the Legion d’Honneur.
Sally Donnelly is the CEO of SBD Advisors, a Washington-based consulting firm. Previously, she worked for the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff and for the Commander of U.S. operations in the Mid East. Sally is on the Board of Imperatis, a U.S. technology and intelligence company. She is a former journalist.

Metrasens is a magnetic detection business that was spun out of the international defence firm, Qinetiq.
The Company has two product categories that utilise its unique and patented technologies: Ferroguard, an MRI room safety device and Cellsense, a metal detection device used in prisons, hotels and high value government and office buildings. In the security segment, Cellsense is the category leader and is already installed in over 200 prisons in the US and across the globe.

BalaBit, a Luxembourg headquartered company is a European IT security innovator, specializing in advanced monitoring technologies. Its flagship product Shell Control Box™, is a leading privileged activity monitoring product. The company’s suite of products also includes syslog-ng™, its open source log management solution, used by more than a million companies worldwide.
The Company has sales offices in France, Germany, Hungary, Russia, in the UK and the United States and partners in 40+ countries. Twenty-three of the of the Fortune 100 companies are Balabit customers which include Facebook, AirFrance, Swedish Handelsbanken, Orange, and Telenor.
